It is a great honour and privilege for Swami Chidananda Sevashram to present SWAMI CHIDANANDA DECADE (2016-2016) : A World Peace Initiative. It is a socio spiritual movement dedicated to the memory of the life and teachings of our Worshipful Gurudev Swami Chidanandaji Maharaj, to encourage universal brotherhood, interfaith dialogue and world peace

Through its signature programmes in the field of Education, Healthcare, Natural farming, Environmental awareness, Reforestation, Waste Management Swami Chidananda Sevashram through its education division SCHOOL OF WELL BEING and the publication division CHIDANANDA CREATIONS will work incessantly to create awareness among the masses especially the youth.

To Launch this unique and revolutionary movement to perpetuate the life and teachings of our Beloved Master, an event is organised in Bhubaneswar on the 11th of December 2016 at the Dr. M. S. Swaminathan Conference Hall, Odisha University of Agriculture and Technology, Unit-8, Bhubaneswar from 4 pm to 8 pm. His Excellency, Sri S. C Jamir, The Governor of Odisha will be presiding over the programme as Chief Guest and the Guests of Honour are Sri Swami Atmabhavanandaji, President, Ramakrishna Mission, Bhubaneswar, Sri Swami Chaitanyanandaji, Head Acharya, Chinmaya Mission, Kolkata, Sri Sabyasachi Mohapatra, Internationally acclaimed Film Maker. Also many other Senior and Revered Disciples of Gurudev Swami Chidanandaji Maharaj will be present. Among them, Swami Jnananandaji, Swami Ramaswarupanandaji, Swami Guruprasadanandaji, Swami Chitswarupanandaji, Swami Narayanapadanandaji Swami Durganandaji, Swami Sivatmanandaji, and many other devotees and disciples will grace this occassion.
